I had to return a pair of trainers that I had bought and was experiencing difficulty in returning them. I emailed the company and received an email from a Kimberley Collman who was very professional, polite and extremley helpful.

Great footwear and super customer service
I had a really positive experience with Vionic customer service. An issue with my order was sorted quickly and smoothly, and the refund was handled without any hassle.
The service was clear, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It made a big difference speaking to someone who got straight to the point and dealt with things properly.
Because of this experience, I will definitely shop with Vionic again; they sell consistently superior quality footwear: the best shoes on the market and have super staff. I highly recommend them to others. A special thank you to Kimberly, who handled this so well.

Excellent service from Vionic especially from Kimberley in Customer Care.
After ordering 1 pair of shoes I decided to order a second. I requested by email that it be added to my original order under the same shipping cost..
Kimberley replied immediately and stated that an order cannot be amended once placed, however she sent me a free shipping code to use when ordering the additional pair. Thank you.

Excellent Service
I have many pairs of Vionic trainers and they are always very comfortable and great quality. I have recently had an issue with some wide fit Walker trainers I purchased last year. They started splitting near the toe area. I emailed customer service with some photos, and very quickly Kimberly asked if I would like a replacement pair. Within a matter of a couple of days, my replacement pair are on their way! Thank you very much, excellent service.

Excellent customer service
Following my very disappointed review on the 19th of February, I would like to say a huge thank you to Kimberley and the warehouse team for their excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of slippers which were to be delivered by Evri. True to form, Evri claimed they had tried to deliver (I was here all the time and no sign of them) so they decided to send them back to Vionic! Kimberley and the warehouse team worked together to ensure that once the slippers were received their end, they would be turned around and redelivered to me via DPD. They were received safe and sound and on time. One happy customer and happy feet!

Excellent customer service
Shoes were excellent quality but unfortunately not deep enough for me with the arch support in & that’s important for me so had to return. The return proved troublesome to start with as I’m housebound & I don’t have a printer so eventually got a label posted to me & was then collected no problem. Awaiting the credit now so hopefully it won’t be long👍👍

Annoyingly Evri lost my parcel, but Vionic were fabulous: sending me a replacement pair very quickly. The new boots arrived and are perfect. Really comfortable and elegant.

Fabulous Customer Service Experience
Fabulous service from Lyndsay in Customer Services. Although the website advised that responses may take 2–4 days, I heard back the very next day with an informative and genuinely helpful reply to my sizing enquiry about a pair of Sam Edelman trainers. I was also offered additional support should there be any issues on receipt. Trainers ordered and I can’t wait to wear them — very happy indeed!

Quick and easy. I was having an issue returning my item as the order number wasn't recognised.
Called the helpline and spoke with Kimbereley who sorted it all out in a couple of minutes. She was most pleasant too.

Ordered sneakers
Ordered sneakers, to be delivered by EVRI, somehow EVRI didnt get round to even trying to deliver to me, they decided to 'return item to sender' without any feedback to me on why this happened. Contacted Vionic Customer Service, they were very very helpful, few days later I have now received my sneakers (reorder). 5* for Vionic, 1* for Every. Thank you Vionic.

My 2nd pair of stylish trainers
I purchased a few items from vionics shoes to support my arches and found the footwear to offer excellent support and comfort. Queries to Customer service were dealt with immediately and I would definitely recommend Vionics footwear.

Great shoes, great customer service
I always buy Vionic now as they really help my Achilles tendinitis and come in half sizes and wide fittings. Recently I ordered 4 pairs to try at home, and sent 2 pairs back as the design didn’t fit well around my toes. The other two pairs were perfect so I kept them. Returns were super easy. I rec’d an email confirming receipt and refund of only one pair so I emailed to say I had returned two pairs. Within a couple of days Kimberley contacted me to confirm receipt and refund of the second returned pair. Great customer service and great shoes. Thank you. Ticket number 104299.

Poor customer service
I bought some slippers after buying several pairs of Vionics shoes without any problem. As soon as I began wearing the slippers both my Achilles hurt. I contacted Vionics by email they never replied. So tried to ring them no answer. I will think twice before buying anything else.

Great shoes , wonderful customer service
My daughter needs orthotics to correct her gait - it is very hard to find 'dainty' shoes that accommodate them. The Almeda Mary Janes were perfect and she found them so comfortable. The customer service team have been outstanding in their commitment to helping her with her questions and resolving any queries. highly recommend!
