Return trainers
As I have to return the trainers I ordered which really disapointed me as all my shoes are from vionic.i have never had to return before and as I am not computer literate I did not know how to do that but I did contact bionic and found them helpful.

Excellent customer service and great…
Excellent customer service and great comfortable shoes.
Ordered flip flops and a couple of pairs of boots, also additional for size comparison, super fast delivery and money refunded for the returned pair with days.
Slight issue with one of the pairs of boots, and this was resolved instantly via sending a photo and a call with customer service who sent a new pair out instantly and I also got to keep the slightly faulty pair also. Boots are super comfy as is the flip flops, especially for anyone with problems with their feet.
Excellent all round service from delivery, with comfortable shoes to fast returns/refunds and very efficient customer service.
Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service from Kimberley. I had a query about the extended returns period over the festive period and Kimberley was so helpful, going over and above to ensure I could purchase the shoes I had seen in the sale. The shoes are a gift, so I can’t comment on them, but I am totally reassured that the extended return period will enable the recipient to return/exchange them if needed. I would not hesitate to shop at Vionic in future.

Don’t buy from isle of wight
I needed to return shoes. No pick up points on Isle of Wight. 10 phone calls and several emails later pick up arranged . Stayed in all day . No pick up. Can’t get through to customer service. 12 phone attempts later another pick up has been arranged. No confidence it will happen. Won’t buy again from Vionic.

Buyer beware
Ordered a pair of shoes as a gift that were listed in the sale. 2 days later received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund because the item is no longer in stock - their marketing and ordering system apparently struggles to cope in busy periods and lists items that aren't available. However, it seems that the pair of shoes are still being listed in the same size, just £25 more expensive...I note that other customers have complained about similar over the years, so not an isolated issue. Whether this is truly a clunky system that can't cope with customer orders that they haven't attempted to fix in over a year, or simply a rouse to extract more money from customers...I'm not sure...but I'd be cautious about buying from this company. They've lost a customer today, and a free shipping voucher as way of apology just doesn't really cut it when there are competing brands that offer a simpler, positive experience of shopping. Based on other reviews, I'll wait and see whether a refund arrives as promised...

Extremely Disappointing Service
My order never arrived, and when I tried contacting Sam Edelman customer service by both phone and email, I received no response at all. After a couple of days of silence, I finally received an email telling me the item was actually out of stock and had been cancelled — something that should have been communicated immediately, not after I chased them multiple times.
I understand inventory mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I was left without my order, without updates, and without any assistance when I reached out.
The voucher they offered doesn’t make up for the inconvenience or the poor service. Very disappointing experience overall.
EDITED TO ADD in response to the reply:
Regarding the statement, “I’m glad to see that our customer service team has since resolved the issue, and that you were able to place a new order,” things have not been resolved. I had to pay significantly more for the new order I placed, and it wasn’t in my preferred color or style like my original order — the one I waited and waited for but never received.

I have been wearing Vionic shoes for…
I have been wearing Vionic shoes for many years since I broke an ankle on one foot and a metatarsal on the other. I also tore ligaments on both legs so I was a pretty sorry limping mess. The only shoes that helped were Vionic, I have had many pairs of their boots, trainers, shoes, sandals, and slippers and wouldn’t be without them. The sizing is sometimes hit and miss but it’s easy to swap them. Their customer service is excellent, often lacking in other companies.

Excellent quality footwear combined with excellent and prompt customer service. I wanted good looking dress sandals that I could wear with confidence, having previously suffered from very painful Plantar Fasciitis for several years. I purchased the sandals online, but had an issue when they arrived, which the Vionic customer service team sorted efficiently and with kindness. A rare and beautiful thing.

Exceptional service
I bought a pair of Vionic trainers earlier this year and was really pleased with the style and comfort of the shoe. Unfortunately I had a problem with them and raised this with the customer service team. The response from them has been fantastic with a courteous and swift response, and a replacement pair of trainers was provided within days. I can not fault any aspect of the service I've received - it has been exemplary.

I recently purchased a pair of high sandals. Although a lovely pair and very comfortable, there were a couple of flaws on the leather finish on one of the shoes. Something not usually associated with Vionic, in my opinion, after buying ten pairs.
I contacted customer services and had a swift response to my email, and after sending in photographic evidence, I was offered either a new pair or refund. And went for the refund. Excellent correspondence with Kimberley throughout. And refund paid promptly.

Very disappointed with their customer…
Very disappointed with their customer service. I was sent the wrong sized boots which I returned. They then issued a refund but omitting the delivery I'd been charged! I had to contact them to explain and only then did they refund the delivery charge saying they had issued it as a gesture of goodwill!! No apology was given for their mistake and I still haven't recieved the boots I ordered. Shopping with Vionic is not a good experience so far!

Having purchased a number of excellent items previously, a pair of men’s sandals (straps) did not retain the necessary and secure adhesion. I informed Vionics and provided photographic evidence. Very Comfortable
I have several Vionic shoes and I cannot fault them. The website is easy to navigate. The shoes are beautifully made and comfortable ( I usually wear them in at home first). I have plaintair fascitilis and 2 dislocated toes. I needed to exchange a pair of sandals, as they do not have an exchange system online I contacted customer services who dealt with my issue promptly and efficiently. Very pleased with my purchase and service received.

Very poor customer service
I have had 3 pairs of Vionic shoes over the years and they are very comfortable. However, the company is a bit of a shambles. I have over the last 3 months tried to get another pair of their Walker Classic trainers. These were initially advertised at £34.99, I was told they were out of stock, then in September and October still on the website but at £69.99. I have been told twice that there has apparently been an inventory mistake and they do not have these in stock.
I tried to email before ordering the last time, no reply, I phoned, no one answered but said leave a message, no one replied.
As the price of these had been altered since the first time I tried to order them the stock should have been up dated but they are STILL on the website 3 months later.
I have now run out of patience with this company and probably will not try to order anything from them again.

Poor customer service
Ordered Sam Edelman shoes, though there is fraying on one of the straps the shoes are lovely. I gave a lower rating for the customer service: I received no tracking email, the status of my order switched to complete before I received it and the tracking link on my account led to a dead end. There were two different customer service emails given (the automated response from one was that there would be delays in reply time), and two different numbers, neither of which worked. I ended up getting the information from the delivery partner (DPD) that the order was due to be delivered the next day which was relieving. I received a short email after delivery informing me my order was delivered and providing a link to review..
