Order never received
Ordered on 27th June. Never received, chased up to be advised the order is lost in transit! Replacement order sent 13th July, not received either. Chased again to be told this time order has been damaged and not delivered. I am now onto the 3rd attempt for them to send and now I wait to see if it gets delivered. If it doesn’t show I will request money back.

Exceptional Customer Service
I have to say I am blown away by the customer service from VIP Bottles. I placed my first order and I messed it up when I did it online. I emailed and the response was very fast and helpful from the team.
After a brief exchange of emails we cancelled the original order and placed a new one. The refund for the wrong order was back in my bank within 24 hours and the order I replaced it with was delivered next day.
I am very happy with the service, the detail and of course the wine.
I think I have found my new monthly wine supplier!!!

Absolutely terrible tried to place order. When after many attempts placed my order paid for my order for it to be cancelled 😡 I had a party booked for the weekend to be totally let down

Very disappointed in the service received. I ordered an item for my husband for Father's Day. The item was dispatched the next day after ordering it. A week later, I hadn't received it. Only to be told that it was lost in transit and a replacement would be sent. The replacement order also still hasn't been received by Royal Mail so now I won't be able to give the gift to my husband. I emailed today for an update, and no one had the common courtesy to email me back. I won't recommend this company at all. I have successfully claimed my my money back through PayPal!

3 bottles ordered , one delivered.
I made an order for three bottles. I paid for fast delivery because it was needed for a party in a few days.
Upon opening the order, 1 whole bottle was missing and another was smashed. The bottles were individually wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap in a large box.
Instead of refunding me the whole order and acnowledging my inconvenince caused by these oversights, they part only refunded.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the missing and damaged bottles. While all orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, unfortunately damage during transit can occasionally occur and is outside of our direct control.
As soon as the issue was reported, we arranged a refund for both the missing and damaged bottles. As the remaining bottle was successfully delivered in good condition and retained, a full order refund was not applicable in this case.
We truly value all customer feedback and will continue reviewing our packaging processes with our courier partners to help minimise situations like this in future. We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Unfortunately, the parcel was confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, which was outside of our control. As soon as this was identified, we processed the refund immediately on our side. Refunds can sometimes take a few working days to appear back in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
