I was pleasantly surprised to receive the copy of my birth certificate so quickly through the mail. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and I received it within 10 business days!

Not secured well.
When I arrived to pick up my package the outside shipping envelope was opened, and the inside envelope containing my order was also opened. i feel like the inner envelope needs some security measures to ensure privacy is maintained.

It was an easy process
It was an easy process. However, the time frame and the Express fee was a bite confusing. It was not clear to me that the time frame was 10-21 days in addition to the Express Next-day. I thought if I ordered the Express Next-day I would receive it Next-day. Your website was not clear about the Nextday being after the 10-21 days process. I would have just waited because it didn’t make a difference by order Express Next-day.

Had been shipped (excuse me but, doesn't ship mean mailed USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.?). It's now 9/27/20926 (over a full month) and I still haven't got it! I called the help phone number and the lady said I had to wait until 9/29/2026 before they could start an inquiry with another company (not VitalChek) about my order. Ordered on 8/25/2026 and have to wait a month until they will do anything about the missing birth certificate! The state of Idaho Vital Records has WORSE than TERRIBLE customer service! I'm not confident that I'll ever get the birth certificate, although it's been paid for!

VitalChek sent my documents rapidly
VitalChek sent my documents rapidly, the only thing was the UPS delivery took over 1 week to delive. Ups recieved the documents on 9/14/26 and stated estimated delivery date of 9/16/26 but did not receive until 9/21/26

I ordered four death certificates. I received an email one week later telling me they were being mailed out, but I never received any of the four of them. I would not recommend.
