The accuracy of the placement and how expeditiously I received the document.

The process to request the document was easy and straightforward. However, I paid $45.50 for expedited processing with a stated delivery time of 2 business days. Unfortunately, the document took approximately 10 days to arrive.

I placed the order on September 11th and paid the additional fee specifically for the expedited service. Since the document was not delivered within the promised timeframe, I believe it is reasonable to request a refund of the expedited service fee, or at least a partial refund.

I got what was ordered.

I got the document, the site just was awful to use. If I had typo'd a name or date there was no way to check that before charging me and sending the wrong data to the state.

It worked out for me in the end but the experience was awful.
