Absolutely useless customer service when trying to get a broadband connection for an existing Vodafone mobile customer. The lies they tell so they don’t need to get involved. I believe if they aren’t going to get a commission they won’t help!

I have just been into Vodafone Ashford Kent as my mobile had a virus.
Owen helped uninstall all my nuisance apps and cleaned my mobile of all the nuisance pop ups.

I visited the Vodafone store in Ashford recently and wanted to leave a positive review for Rob, who helped me during my visit.
Rob was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The whole process was straightforward and much less stressful than I expected.
It’s refreshing to receive genuinely helpful customer service, and Rob’s patience and knowledge made a real difference. Thank you for your help – it was very much appreciated.

LEE WAS AMAZING- he really helped me I went into o2 and ee and explained I’ve got a remortgage soon and need to get a sim that does no credit checks for a while and they both made it so hard I ended up leaving the shop and this being the 3rd store I went to. I went in explained it to Lee he said yes that’s fine and I asked what I need to do he said ‘you don’t need to do anything, these are our deals- which one do you want’- he also presented himself really well and looked happy to be there. I have been walking around for ages trying to get it sorted and he had it sorted within a few seconds. The other two stores lost a customer due to them trying to trap me into a contact. Lee listened to me and was probably the first sales person to do a proper job. I’m looking to get new contracts out for my sister and myself and I’ll 100% be coming here now, I’ll also be recommending it to anyone. Lee turned what the other providers made a 30 minute job into a 3 second job. Really really taken back with how efficient he was, so rare nowadays. Thanks again Lee
