Worst Customer Service ever
Went instore and took out a data sim only contract for 1 mth as only needed it for 2 weeks. They didn't have a shorter contract. Told me I should ring customer service next day and give them 30 day notice so thst I don't incur rolling charges. Called CS but no answer. I then opted for webchat. Was passed to 4 different people based in a foreign call centre who kept asking same questions despite reading my previous respinses. I told them I was giving 30 dsmays notice but they kept asking if I was cancelling and returning the sim. Kept telling them j have paid for 1 month and need it for 2 weeks. Eventually I gave up and called the number again and spoke to a uk based lady who said she couldn't see my account as active. Asked me to call back next day as acct may be active by then. The whole think lasted 1 hr and 45 minutes. I called back next day and explained everything again. After another hr 32 minutes of putting me on hold, answering and reoeat, I was put through to an obnoxious git who has no customer service skills at all!. He said he will send me a new sim and contract via royal mail standard delivery. I told him I would rather go yo different provider and I have- O2. .
Avoid Vodafone if possible. No CS at all!
