I entered the store and was approached by a guy with a beard A...
He asks me if he can help me.
I answered :
Customer - I have been a Vodafone customer for 6 years and I want to exchange my Android phone for an iPhone
A- ok.
Customer - I would like you to tell me the difference between iPhone 13 and 14.
A - none.
Customer - 🙄
Customer - How much would I pay per month?
A - £54 with new data plan.
Customer - 54 to which model?
A - To everything.
Client-🙄
Customer - But I want to keep my current plan is under contract.
A-It doesn't matter. We will give you a new plan.
Client-🙄.
Customer - If I now pay in full for an iPhone, does it still require a new plan?
A - WE DO NOT SELL IPHONES IN THE STORE.
Customer - ok. Goodbye.

Came into Vodafone after the new year…
Came into Vodafone after the new year to see options for a new phone. I’m very weary with contracts and they make me nervous. Connor made me feel at ease and took the time to explain all my options. He turned my bad experience into a good one! I brought out a contract and am still super happy no problems! Thankyou Connor

AMAZING STORE

Connor and Carl
Had Connor and Carl help sort me out with broadband after having recently moved house. After a day of struggling with doing this online due to the adress change, Connor and Carl were amazing with getting to the bottom of it straight away. Both of them were very friendly, and knew their stuff well
