Excellent customer service received…
Excellent customer service received today.
I needed advice with my existing mobile and broadband costs and options available, as a longstanding Vodafone customer.
Callum was extremely helpful and professional. He explained the current options and answered all my questions.
He made some adjustments which I am very happy with. I can return in the near future and feel confident when asking for next upgrade.
