The lady that served me was very…
The lady (Beth) that served me was very helpful, well informed, patient and honest with some difficult questions.
She was able to provide me with the SIM option that I wanted.
The customer service has been excellent and easily better than my previous provider of more than 20 years.
All in all a great experience.

No joy over phone but all sorted in store
Tried to sort out moving broadband from sky to Vodafone over the phone but couldn’t so went to the store instead.
Dylan looked after me, found the issue and sorted everything out for me
Would recommend Dylan very highly and will go to se him again soon to move my mobile as well.

Efficiency with kindness
I walked into this store feeling wound up and frustrated having wasted 2 hours on the internet and phone getting nowhere. Within 15 minutes Dylan had completely sorted out my issue. The job was done not only with great efficiency but politely with patience, understanding and real kindness. Never patronising in the way that some young folk treat we seniors.
My overall impression of this store was that Dylan’s attitude to customer care was perhaps the ethos encouraged. My sincere thanks.

Came in with problems on my account for my son’s phone who is in Australia. Laura served me, she was brilliant! Sorted out the problem with my son’s account and then talked me through the range of new contracts and phones for me - helped me understand it all in a very plain way. She was great!
