EXCELLENT SERVICE ter ems with my phone…
After a week of problems with my phone I visited Vodaphone today and a lovely young girl named Beth was my saviour. She explained what the problem was and resolved it immediately. Broken phone converted to upgrades. Tom was attentive and helpful in…
Tom was attentive and helpful in identifying the problems with my existing phone. He gave impartial advice on my options and informed me fully of what he could help with. Tom equipped me with a new phone, a new tablet and updated my broadband equipment at a fair and reasonable cost. He was friendly and communicative but remained professional throughout and has even offered to assist with aftercare transferring tablet info in a few days.His customer service was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with my upgrades and decision to remain a Vodafone customer.
