Dylan was amazing. I broke my phone ans raced down to the shop 15 mins before you were closing and managed to upgrade me straight away. Im self employed so as you can imagine i was very stressed out. So i was very grateful for Dylan working against the clock

Laura and Birkenhead Vodafone shop, has been invaluable, in helping me restore my data from my stolen phone. She also set me up with a better tariff. In addition, I was so impressed with her professionalism that I choose to purchase a new phone from her store to replace the phone I had lost. She also helped me reinstate the telephone numbers that I would have almost certainly lost if it wasn't for Laura. Her technical skills are a credit to Vodafone and herself as a member of staff.
