Callum was very patient with my problem,not receiving calls, he tried so many things to rectify this. He could have said or palmed me off but no he stuck to it and after an hour managed to clear the phone. Excellent,so pleased . He is a credit to the store

Amazing customer service.
I took out broadband and sim only contracts with Robert. He made everything easy and was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and patient with answering questions. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend.

Beth and Ali
Beth and Ali were very friendly and extremely helpful with my purchase of a new phone and Apple Watch. They were very patient as their computer system was extremely slow but we got there in the end and completed the purchase .

MY SANITY SAVED I had been having problems with getting mobile data via my Provider Vodafone for many months, talking to Vodafone, both by phone & FtoF, for days on end. Problems persisted. As I depend on mobile data for my work, I was about to switch to another provider when I met CHRIS MORGAN at Westwood Cross Vodafone outlet. After spending some two hours with my iPhone, he identified & SOLVED the problem and also offered me better contracts for both iPhone Data and Home Broadband. All throughout, CHRIS was a perfect gentleman, no complaints, just sweetest courtesy. If Vodafone employs people like CHRIS MORGAN, I will not hesitate to recommend their services to everyone! HUGE THANKS & BEST WISHES TO CHRIS & VODAFONE!!! Larisa

Fantastic service
Callum in the Broadstairs branch was so friendly and helpful. He went through all our options for the best possible deal and also checked through our current devices and Broadband to secure better deals. We were not rushed at all and appreciated his expertise and time. Very pleased!!

I have been going to Vodafone, Broadstairs for many years now and like to be served by Connor.
He is a gentleman who wants to help me when I have a problem with my mobile. He has patience, is polite, has a sense of humour and has time for me when I don't understand something on my mobile. He is a tribute to the team.
