Wouldn't recommend
Bill is setup to increase each year without the ability to leave or negotiate a new price, also charged late fees as customer service team unable to take the leaving fee at the time of leaving and extremely hard to get through to to begin with.
Router provided also not good and cannot cover a small 2 bed house entirely.

Grateful customer
Had to phone Vodafone today after being bombarded with calls and text which turned out to be a scam. Spoken to Linda who was absolutely marvellous she checked and said none of the numbers belonged to Vodafone she even sent me a link so I could check myself. My contract had ended so she sorted that out for me and also my son’s contract. I just can’t thank her enough she is a credit to Vodafone wonderful customer service so many thanks stay safe and well.

Shocking 4.5g network
Here again can't believe I have been with Vodafone for over 20yrs and again sat In my car in my village trying to get a connection and its a zero zero zero it's worse then a 3rd world countrie how you can charge the price you do and can't get 4g.
The only place one can get a really good connection is in a lage city like London got to use my Internet connection to make and receive calls

Disgraceful treatment of disabled 80 yr old
Mr Hughes an 80yr disabled person paid for a phone before they discovered were out of stock He lives in west wales and was unable to return when stock came in.He was promised a refund on 30/1/24 AND IS STILL WAITING FOR RETURN OF HIS £69.He finds it impossible to deal with the Company He has tried ringing 191 but never gets to speak to a person.On Friday he did manage a call on his land line and the person promised the refund team would ring him back in the afternoon.They did not. He is tied in to a 2 yr contract otherwise he would leave.His bank will now do a charge back on his debit card used in the purchase . VODAFONE YOU ARE A DISGRACE
