Fantastic service from the very helpful ‘Sonal’, my wife and I switched both our mobile contracts and broadband after getting fed up with EE, she was super helpful as was her colleague, we got great deal and everything was explained, feel very valued as a customer and very happy with the new provider and phones, would 100% recommend

Ten out of ten for Junior.
Junior was so helpful, courteous and such an able manager.
He showed real enthusiasm to sort out my Internet connection problems. All staff were amiable and diligent in sorting out other peoples issues.

Vodafone UK Dorking store has a helpful team with friendly staff like Matt and Eric who provide good service. They've been knowledgeable and patient while assisting with phone issues, making stressful situations manageable. However, the customer service phone line could be improved since it wasn’t very helpful despite a long wait.
