Great customer service in my local Vodafone shop.
I went into my local Vodafone shop in Ely today to query an upgrade on my broadband. I was served by Ana who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She looked up my account and actio ed the upgrade, so I will be getting this

Upgrade of phone

Bleak and painful yet numbing
Attended with my daughter ( an employee from another branch) upon entering there was one female slouched over a desk attending to a customer, we waited 20 minutes without being spoken to. Another member of staff randomly came out with some accessories to stock and proceeded to assist my daughter. He then proceeded to take her phone and all her details without explaining what for. No communication regarding what he was trying to do apart from commenting to the female about slow live chat. Although pleasant when he did converse.
We thought it had been resolved however text received was the same, did not resolve issue. My daughter called customer services once home and was told her issue could not be resolved, date/time passed
If we were mystery shoppers, that would have been a low score
This was the bleakest store I have the misfortune to visit
