Hello,
I have recently made a trip into town to upgrade my phone. I wanted to go from payg to contract.
I talked to a lovely gentleman named Ryan and we discussed my options and phone choices and plans etc.
The prompt service Ryan gave was great. He was very insightful and knew exactly what he was on about which in turn, helped me with my requirements and what I was looking for.
We then sorted out the admin for the product and details.
You’s have a great asset in Ryan and I am looking forward to continue to have Vodafone being my network provider.

Knowledge staff. Not pushing extras .
Stephen helped us get the best deal for us a family (2 phones and broadband) and was able give a range of options to choose from. The procedure was clearly explained with no oversell.

Went to see Ryan at the hartlepool store and the patience and understanding was unmatched I had a issue that was going on and on and after phone call phone I went and saw Ryan and he fix my issue and I will always go down and see Ryan from now on

Patience personified
We've been with Vodaphone for a few years, and as our contract was finished, and I needed a new phone we decide to see what would be offered. Everything went fine until Ryan had difficulty setting up a direct debit. He was so patient it was unbelievable. Long story short, it did take some time to sort, but my husband and I are both impressed with Ryan's determination and continued good humour.
