Pay as you go to Contract conversion
Hakeem at the Clapham Junction store made everything so easy! I was able to get my credit checked, switch my pay as you go plan to a contract, and get the process for converting my new physical sim back into an eSIM covered in about fifteen minutes. He made me feel welcome and was knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quickly.

Maarya - flawless
Maarya! Best Vodafone person ever! And I wrote that bit in a hurry, so just wanted to add, now I have a bit more time, why she was the best.
She was patient, helpful, fun, on the customer’s side and clearly liked working where she is in the Clapham branch. She even helped me rush through the last bit as she knew I had to go.
Really excellent customer service, which makes me like the brand a good deal more!
