Josh has been amazing, after being messed around and highly stressed by unhelpful Vodafone staff on the phone, in store Josh was helpful, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He sorted out an eSIM/physical sim drama in good time, whilst his laid back persona put us at ease. An asset to Vodafone and definitely an attitude that some of your other employees lack.

Angelo from Vodfone newbury has helped us so much. Struggling themselves with the take over of 3 but hes been able to help us make the decision to stay with Vodafone then moving else where. He is the only reason 6 contracts our staying.

I received an exceptionally excellent customer service from Mr Bruno. I have long planned to get a phone plan but my experience with him gave clarity to my worries.
