Made a mistake online when ordering my upgrade so went into Vodaphone in South Shields to sort. Katie had the issue sorted asap and set my new phone up for me. She was so helpful and polite and nothing was a problem. Katie is an asset to Vodaphone.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT
I visited the store yesterday to trade in my old phone and bought the S26 Galaxy Samsung. Throughout my time in the store, I found Katie to be thoroughly professional, with a calm and pleasant nature.
The service was excellent.

Seana South Shields
Seana was great ! As someone who only gets broadband from yourselves and doesn’t have a mobile with yourselves. I wanted to check out my new options. As Fibre had just been installed in my area. So not only was Seana helpful. She ensured I got a new deal , faster speeds, but at a cheaper price than current speed which is massively lacking. And kind of shocking in reality.
As someone who still prefers face to face, I tried ringing but your calls service is just NOT GREAT ! As it doesn’t cater to those who just have broadband, and no mobile etc. Hence after wasting 20- 40 mins in phone calls I was no further forward and was better served in store.
Seana was happy for me to think on the options and came back the day and locked it in.
I’d give 4.5 stars due to the call issues and the fact the reality is no one has contacted me to give me upgrade options. My install is due next Friday so fingers crossed this all goes well too. But 5 it is.
Remember…
Your contact support is I’m sure great for most. But it doesn’t cater to all. As only a customer with only broadband with no landline or mobile. It isn’t helpful for those just needing access and help for broadband issues to get through.
But store wise and face to face , still clearly excellent.

Being a subject of fraud I was dealt…
Being a subject of fraud I was dealt with respect and sympathy. Ben had lots of customers but made me feel comfortable and he was also welcoming to all the customers who came into the shop while he dealt with my problem which did take a while
