Top class customer care
I was recently in the shop looking to see what options I have for an upgrade from my S24+. Linda came over to me and ran through all of the plans and options that are available to me. She came across very knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in showing me what is what.

Excellent customer service
I recently visited the store on William Street and was warmly greeted by all the staff. I had a particular issue with my phone that I needed to get sorted before travelling and Linda was very reassurung, extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable and got it resolved quickly. Great experience in the Galway shop…
Great experience in the Galway shop on shop street recently. Daniel and Pawel helped me sort out my phone as I had lots of issues previously with another provider. Have to say the lads are fantastic in there they all seem to get along and know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

Great service
I’ve had a great experience at Vodafone today. Ciaran was extremely helpful when explaining contracts, pricing and helped me by showing me how I can save money by switching over to Vodafone. I must say it was a very pleasant experience all together

We went in with Dad to get Internet…
We went in with Dad to get Internet sorted out for his house. There was a queue but we did not wait long. From past experiences with Internet providers there has always been something wrong or it would take long to set up but it wasn't the case. Ciaran made sure we got what we were looking for and we got it done in no time.
