Fantastic customer service
I had fantastic service from Joe in the Vodafone shop in O ' Connell St Limerick, he was so helpful setting up my new phone and his patience was incredible...nothing was too much for him as he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me out so I would highly recommend him if like me you know very little about mobile phones. Many thanks Joe.

Great customer service and information gained
Went in store after finishing work at 17.20 to get my upgrade on my bill phone was met with a worker named Joe he was very easy to talk to. When I upgraded my bill plan he told me I could get add-ons and it would be basically saving me money off my phone got 2 chargers with heads and got 40 euro off my phone. I was told I can add my sister to my phone plan for only a extra 15 euro on my 65 euro plan upgrade. I was shocked to be honest it made me definitely want to come in store now instead of using online to buy in future and he was able to get this all done before closing at 6

Recently purchased the new s26 in the limerick store for my sons birthday from a guy called Joe, excellent to deal with and so helpful with all our queries. Unfortunately we got the wrong colour and the lads in the square tallaght sorted us out. Excellent customer journey from start to finish.
