BUY ELSEWHERE! Most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. In short, there was a warranty claim, took them 5 months to resolve, I called them every week. Eventually I could send it back because I was in my right. 6 weeks ago they accepted the return. Haven't received my refund yet. Completely useless!

I purchased a pair of microphones on February 12th 2026 to be delivered to Germany. After one week without any updates, I sent a contact form and an email but received no response. Two weeks later, I sent another email and I'm still waiting for a reply.
What frustrates me the most is the complete radio silence from the store, no updates, no replies, nothing at all. On top of that, the item was listed as in stock at the time of purchase and stated to be delivered within one week.
I fully understand that delays can occur, and I am more than willing to wait if the order is genuinely being handled. However, given the continued silence, I am beginning to question whether this is actually the case.
I’m quite disappointed with this experience, particularly because some of the reviews here are fairly positive, and I want to suggest avoiding the online store for the reasons above. I've not been to the physical store and cant say anything regarding this.

Great service from these guys! I called if they had the DDJ FLX 4 in stock and they had it available for me. Provided me with some extra information and had a nice conversation with them. I’ll go back next time for extra info or stuff I need👌🏽
Bought something as new item,but it was already opened when I received.
Nowhere in the add was written that it was an open box,they sold it as new!!
I already had doubt a few months ago,when I bought something and it looked open…now this time all my doubts are clear!!

Just upate your stock man, it’s ok to do a backorder but don’t go around saying stuff is in stock. Be transparant to your costumers.
On October 31, 2025, I purchased a UAD Apollo Twin Quad Studio+ that was listed as “immediately available”!
After placing the order, I contacted them, and they informed me that it was a mistake and that the order would arrive on November 14.
I explained to them how important it was to receive the interface BEFORE November 15, 2025, as there are free plug-ins available if you register the device with the manufacturer by that date!
They said they had a second shipment and could get me the device a little earlier.
After I still hadn't received a tracking number by November 13 and the shipment was going to another country, I called them again.
They told me that the device would unfortunately not arrive until November 21 at the latest and that they would try to get me the additional plug-ins worth $526.
After this date had also passed, I withdrew from the purchase contract, as I will be traveling for various sessions for artists from November 24 until the end of the year and will no longer be able to accept a package.
I had to explain to them five times that I would not have a package sent to a strange address where I did not know whether it contained an interface or who would accept the package on site.
I can only GUESS that they were trying to counteract damages in the amount of the plug-ins and the surcharge for purchasing the identical system from another dealer.
Who knows if there would even have been an interface in the package!
After you objected to the damages, I have not received any money or anything else from these fraudsters.
It has now been reported and a lawyer will take care of this matter!
I can only speak from my own experience, and that is...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!
Enquired about a Rane seventy from voltmusic as it seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. They got back to me within a day confirming it was in stock in their warehouse. I ordered it and it's arrived from Latvia with package in perfect condition just over a week later with FedEx tracking to Ireland the whole way. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend them!
I wish to cancel my order. ANSWER ME PLEASE, VOLT MUSIC STORE, NOW!!

I've bought a bunch of EuroRack Module a Volt Music Store. A few weeks after the receipt one Module broke. A clear warranty case.
I've claimed this case on 25th of May and since then I'm waiting for getting the module replace.
I'm as well in touch with the Vendor in this regard and they assuered me that they have received nothing from Volt Music Store in order to provide me with a new/repaired module.
So, the rare times Volt answers my requests, they simply lie to me.
Today, almost 2 months later,I feel betrayed of more than 400€.
Good service. Had some questions which were answered quickly and received my stuff as you'd expect.

I placed an order two weeks ago on the Volt Music webstore because the module I was looking for was listed as in stock. After a few days without any shipping confirmation, I started to wonder what was going on with my order.
The following week, I contacted the shop via email and WhatsApp. They responded, saying the module was coming from the UK, should arrive that week, and would be shipped shortly after. They also mentioned that delays were possible due to Superbooth, even though the manufacturer of the module didn’t attend the event—apparently, their main supplier did.
I’m located in the EU, and this store was the only one that had the module in stock, so I decided to go with them.
Now, two weeks later, I still haven’t received any shipping updates. I sent them a message on Monday and have yet to receive a response.
At this point, I’m extremely frustrated and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this store. I’ve also come across numerous reports of poor customer experiences—unfortunately, I found them too late.
EDIT:
I ended up finding the module elsewhere and was fortunately able to cancel my order with Volt Music. There’s definitely room for improvement in how they communicate with customers. It might also be worth considering the long-term damage this kind of experience can do to their brand.
