Didn’t like the grape flavour
On the website it says I can get a different flavour free no questions asked. I got the grape bubblegum flavoured protein water which I couldn’t drink one glass of it. I sent a message to then find out I had to pay shipping so now I’m just stuck with it. But the creatine we got is great. I also bought a shaker that I’m waiting to receive cause I saw a friend with it and it looked very cute

Delivery is too slow. In this day and age… 8 day delivery within Australia is pretty average.

Problems with delivery and response from VPA
I've now twice had issues with delivery. First time, the wrong flavour was sent (×4) and I had to find a way to get to the post office to send them back to be swapped - which is not always easy. Second issue (a different occasion), the box was just chucked over the fence and left in the rain on the track of my automatic gate. The gate got jammed, the box and product got damaged and when I emailed to tell VPA, there was no response. This is a company that spams me with "at least" one marketing email per day. They cannot even reply to one email from me. I'm disappointed and quite disgusted by the state I received the last delivery in.
