Besides everything running smooth and efficient. The top man and absolute legend dealing with customers for rent-car-service, took time out his day to help me get my phone back which I unknowingly left in the uber to the VW location in Watford. I LOVE THAT GUY!

It was a last minute booking. Richard Scheininger was very helpful as we were communicating via email & phone calls. He was swift with his responses booking was done over the weekend and we needed the car by Monday. I was well impressed with the overall booking and the vehicle was clean and comfortable, smooth in driving. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I originally booked a car hire through Enterprise and was let down by mutiple sites. I then found VWFS rent a car in watford and the service was in stark contrast. Richard was very professional and helpful. On arrival the vehicle was clean and ready at the front. The rate was very reasonable. I also had the option to extend my rental at short notice. Have been using the services of VWFS Rent -a car every time i visit UK. The booking is well handled. It takes less than 10 min to finish the process and drive off. The vehicles are in mint condition. Wonderful experience of VW vehicles.

I have used Citigate twice now to hire cars. Friendly, helpful and responsive service makes the reservation paperwork easy. The cars have been in immaculate condition and they drive excellently. It was almost a shame I had to hand them back.
