Walkers Windows Avis

Jay did a fantastic and efficient job of replacing the window in our son's bedroom. The work was the cleanest experience we've had also. Walkers sales staff on the ball and helpful as usual also. Good price, prompt service. Very much recommended.

A family company that acts like a big one. A good visit from a salesman to show you their products and gives all the information you need. For the work we had done it was going to take 2 days. The two fitters Ian & Lee were here within the time frame specified and were only here the 2 days given. They were quick, professional and polite. Each day they did a good job of tidying the mess that was created. All windows and doors have now been in just over a month and we are pleased with the outcome. Definitely worth getting a quote from Walkers Windows.

I asked for a quotation for my facias and soffits doing, and I was quoted a ridiculous price. I said to the salesman, there is no point going any further because we are too far apart. The salesman left and immediately send a quotation which was £900 less than he quoted. I complained and their response was "No one was trying to rip you off, the sales representative was simply doing his job and trying to sell the product to you within the guide prices" So £900 over what they can make a good profit is acceptable.

Same old double glazing sales, try rip the customer off as much as you can!

I had two external doors fitted this morning and John and Donna were fantastic. They called me last night and gave an estimated time of arrival for this morning, which was great.
Overall, I am really pleased with the quality of the finish and would definitely use Walkers Windows again in the future.

John and Donna came and fit a front door, the doorway is oversized and rough edges - previously a window, they left it looking better than it looked prior.
No messing about, they work fast and well as a team.
Everything spotless and the door is perfect.

Had works John & Donna come to install a new window and was quicker than I expected. Left the house in a tidy state and the window looks amazing.

I had the front of the house done a couple of months ago and was so pleased with it that I brought my plans forward for doing the back.
A first class experience from start to finish again.
The installation team this time was Phil and Stuart who were faultless. Superb workmanship and nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot recommend Walker’s highly enough.

Our installers were Mark and Steve. They arrived on time. They did a brilliant job. The finish on the windows is perfect. They left everything immaculate after they had finished and it didn't take very long either. I would highly recommend this company. Nice friendly reliable service.

Great communication and installed professionally. After me getting in touch I was contacted quickly. A quote was arranged, inc clear drawings, which I thought was fair. The surveyor turned up on the agreed day to measure. The Installer Lee G arrived at the agreed time and day and installed the window without any fuss.
