Totally immoral and unethical, preying on the elderly and vulnerable!
Lots of paperwork skimmed over with the “independent Surveyor” (salesman). Customer shown photos taken in their loft supposedly showing damp caused by the foam insulation. Later checked by a registered builder who confirmed NO damp! Customer rushed through paperwork agreeing they don’t have an ILA (they do) in place and shown where to sign each document including a waiver of the 14 day cooling off period which is set in law. From first cold call to a couple of men arriving to remove the foam the total time (overnight) was 15 hours, so no time to discuss with family etc. price for job started at £5500 dropped after him sitting for 2+ hours to £2750. Salesman stressed the damp, she wouldn’t be able to sell the property and even if she could she would get 30% below market value. Customer is a frail 84 years old lady. Totally took advantage of her vulnerability.

Zack and Shaun arrived today to finish off our loft with foil installation. Today was there second day and they have worked very hard throughout. They also showed me before and after photos that I'm very happy with thank you very much highly recommended.

I have found all the people working for this company very professional and polite at all times. Andy, the surveyor spent a lot of time explaining how the insulation of our loft could be improved. On the day Sam and Iiyah were polite, professional and well trained. They were particularly concious of health and safrety requirements, both of themselves and for us as customers.

Two guys came to put a coating on my roof, they used a generator to power wash the roof the fumes from the generator got in my house which set my carbon monoxide alarm off, so I phoned British gas he came to check and the whole house was full of carbon monoxide, it effected the house next door and next door but one, I rang the company they knocked a small amount off the bill, but they didn't seem too bothered, will not use again.

Zack and Shaun arrived this morning to install foil in our loft. We also had the old fiberglass taken out and away. With new rockwall installed and timbers treated. Very happy with the work they have shown me before and after pictures both very professional would recommend to friends and family. The lads where very polite courteous and respectful of the property cleaning up after they finished thank you.

Joe and Sheldon, arrived on time, did the job efficiently, explained the the works as they went, excellent service and a job well done.

Zack and Shaun came yesterday and started to finish the job that the other lads couldn't. They came back today and finished up the job. It was very tight access to the eve lining but, Zack has shown us photos of his work and we are very pleased would highly recommend.

Joe and orvil did a very good job cracked on very well. Very pleased with the work kept me updated throughout the job and cleaned up after themselves.

Warning. My Dad had has loft insulated which seemed OK but then cold calls (several) followed, saying he needed a check up being needed - and like others on here, he was promptly told that he needed a new PIV unit for damp in the loft quoted at 5k. Of course we have since found out he doesn't need that, or if he did should cost about £750 to fit and about 150 for the unit. So beware of Kye Mann in particular, he's a scammer.

Following a cold call the surveyor came round as I was aware there could be an issue and he promptly advised that I had damp in the loft plus needed new insulation and the quote was then over double the amount I have since been quoted by 3 other companies. No damp there at all so very disappointed with this company’s tactics.

Zack and Shaun came this afternoon and installed foil in our loft and also handed out some bags of stuff to us what a pair of workers very happy with there work and professionalism.
