Tricky smart thermostat setup but good customer service
The smart thermostat was a little tricky to setup on the WiFi which the instructions didn't seem to cover comprehensively. But the customer service and additional FAQs on the website helped get there in the end and no problems have been experienced since.

Great service from start to finish. Upon receiving a lead for a potential sale, Mark was thorough and very professional in his service.
The quote on what was required for the job came across ever so fast and once the order was placed, the goods were received the following day.

The engineer was very informative about the process and answered all my questions very well, great explanation of what he did and next steps for the tiler and left everything neat and tidy.

We previously had Warmup underfloor heating for 15 years, which never faltered. Which is why we have installed the same again in our newly renovated house.
