Warmyard Avis 

Pleasantly surprised to receive my order after I too thought all was lost. I ordered some festive fridge magnet decorations on 16 November. There was no update information after the order confirmation until the package was despatched from the facility in China and I could then download the 17TRACK tracking app and I could see my package throughout its journey to the UK…and it was delivered yesterday, 5 December. I’d post a photo of it on the fridge if I could but there’s no option to do that here…but from my single experience, despite the limited functionality of the website, it does appear genuine.

Sadly more rubbish from China despite having a ‘.co.uk’ web address. Ordered 2 items, when delivered only one was correct. I was informed that I could return the incorrect one at my cost!!! No offer to send correct item or refund. Another scam business, do not use.

Ordered a calender on the 14th November. Had a confirmation email but nothing more. I’m thinking I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a cute Jigsaw Advent Calendar for my Mum on the 3rd September, costing a few pence under £28. It's now the 10th of November and I'm still waiting. The tracking just says "your order is on it's way" ... I've messaged Customer Services three times and I've not had one single reply. It's obvious I've been scammed 🙄 I'd recommend people to stay away from this company !!

Hi all I can say is this must be a scam company, I ordered some letters for my granddaughters, fo xmas but they are lethal with jagged and sharp edges,I can't get a reply from them ,it looks like I have lost £37.59 on 3 letters,that I can ill afford.

Item not delivered.
Contacted the customer services twice. Still no response.

Items were not delivered not received and payment taken. Have tried to contact them regarding this but have had no response

Delivery took ages. The product I purchased one letter is much bigger than the other two. So having the word mom looks odd.

Requested return, still haven’t heard back.

Haven’t received my item and have emailed a few times with no response. It is definitely a scam.

Received my flower initials today.
Nothing like they show in their video, looks cheap and nasty.
Paid £47 for four letters and I want a refund.

I would definitely recommend you visit this website. The products are lovely, well made and the prices are very reasonable.

Arrived very late, very poor. Much smaller than expected. Looks cheap, rough edges. Do not buy.

Same as below - same issue as mine, poor quality item not as image advertised and sharp edges etc - unusable! Lights also do not work.

1star is 1star more than I wanted to give for the floral resin item recently purchased, it had rough/sharp edges, the size in comparison to the one shown in the video was dramatically smaller which meant the flowers (those that looked alive) were overshadowed by the wiring for the internal light, this was something a first year student would bring home from school, I would like too offer something more constructive, however looking at the reviews across the site, it definitely looks like hit and miss your item will resemble or function as you were expecting, sorry massive no no for warmyard
