The company does not stand behind its products

We purchased a GE induction range that was delivered approximately one month ago. The oven would not reach or hold temperature. Repair replaced the control board, but that failed to fix the problem. We visited the store in West Des Moines to complain and were told the manager there would escalate the problem with a special request to someone in St. Paul named "Rob." Rob told the manager that he left two voicemails with us, but no phone calls were ever received. A third request was put through the sales manager and several days later no response was received. This product has ruined three meals for us and there is no way this product is satisfactory or will perform as expected (we have owned induction stoves before and know well how they should function). This is the second crap appliance Warners Stellian has sold us out of seven total over the last five years. The last was a Beko refrigerator/freezer that required five service calls in as many years. The service personnel who show up are nice and apologetic, but apparently the home office does not care about solving this problem. Do not purchase from this vendor. Apparently even limiting yourself to well known brands is not a guarantee that Warners Stellian will stand behind what they sell. We are hoping the vendor will wake up and solve this problem for us without the need to file a consumer fraud lawsuit.

They sold me a dryer that never worked

They sold me a dryer that never worked. Since then, they have been effectively impossible to reach—calls go unanswered, and every attempt to get them to stand behind their product is met with silence or deflection.
I expected that doing business with a local company would mean some degree of accountability and responsiveness. That has not been my experience. Frankly, I would have been better off buying from Best Buy at a lower price and receiving the same—or better—level of service.
This has been going on for four months. It is, quite simply, a terrible experience.

I bought a GE fridge with the Iron Clad…

I bought a GE fridge with the Iron Clad warranty. After 3 years it began to fail, not keeping food cold. It was intermittent but we couldn't rely on it. We kept our food section foods in another fridge in our basement and the frozen food at a neighbors. The Warners repair crew was here 6 times. They replaced all the fans and the control board. Still no fix. After numerous calls to their factory rep, it was determined that the compressor was locking up at odd times. They replaced the compressor and it has been working perfectly for 3 weeks. I have gone from very unhappy back to a happy customer.

Avoid Warners' Stellian Appliance in Leawood, KS

Bought a front-loading Speed Queen washer from Warners’ Stellian in Leawood, KS. The installation crew did not have the proper tools to install the washer. My husband had to loan them his tools to do the job. They struggled to install it, even with my husband’s tools. The washer is unbalanced and moves across the floor. I called repairs twice to talk to someone about it. The first person said to run it for awhile and see if the problem resolves. The next time I called, I “Joe” told me to push on each corner of the washer, and if it didn’t rock, it was balanced. I told him I am a small woman, and I probably am not the correct person to evaluate the washer in that way. He said, no, that shows it is not unbalanced. He also said I need to wash bigger loads, which I replied I have washed large loads and small loads and it does the same thing. He said, since it is not unbalanced, a service call would not be covered under the warranty. They will not fix, what is clearly an installation issue by their own company. Avoid!

Do not buy nothing from them!!!

If you have a chance avoid this store in Apple Valley, and the whole company they are rude and unprofessional people and service. Do not work with Heather and Jeff from this store and absolutely do not ask them to install, because you will have just more problems created for you. The whole company does not care about their clients. If you have communicate with them, submit everything in writing, because they will lie about anything! Aweful people and service.

You guys suck

You guys suck. Your employees hung up on me 15 times today just for asking a simple assembly question that you screwed up the day the appliance was delivered. And worse than that, I've purchased probably more that $15,000 from your store, but now when I call, you hang up on me or send me to so-called representatives in Columbia? The Philippines? India? They are of no help whatsoever, but they do know how to argue. Thanks for all your help Warner Stellian. BTW, Connor Stellian is not only not in the office, but Courtney won't give me his phone number or the phone number for Mr. Colby, who apparently also doesn't work on Fridays.

My grill, that I paid $2,000 for, doesn't work. Thanks Warner's Stellian!!!!!!!!! Happy Memorial Day!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - especially a useless "warranty" !

2 years ago, we bought a dishwasher, an installation kit with an extension hose and a 5 year extended warranty from Warners' Stellian.

July 23, 2024 the dishwasher started erroring with a 'leak' error code. The repair service estimated a 'micro switch' - took a week. Once in, 2 more weeks for repair technician. Then the repair technician said it was not the 'micro switch' so ordered different parts, once in, we had to schedule out 2 more weeks. This same cycle happened 3 times.

Now it's late October and Warners' Stellen said that the manufacturer does not cover it and Warners' will not cover it.

we have a broken dishwasher and 3 years left on a 5 year warranty. Not BBB accredited and this is our only avenue left for us.
