The company does not stand behind its products
We purchased a GE induction range that was delivered approximately one month ago. The oven would not reach or hold temperature. Repair replaced the control board, but that failed to fix the problem. We visited the store in West Des Moines to complain and were told the manager there would escalate the problem with a special request to someone in St. Paul named "Rob." Rob told the manager that he left two voicemails with us, but no phone calls were ever received. A third request was put through the sales manager and several days later no response was received. This product has ruined three meals for us and there is no way this product is satisfactory or will perform as expected (we have owned induction stoves before and know well how they should function). This is the second crap appliance Warners Stellian has sold us out of seven total over the last five years. The last was a Beko refrigerator/freezer that required five service calls in as many years. The service personnel who show up are nice and apologetic, but apparently the home office does not care about solving this problem. Do not purchase from this vendor. Apparently even limiting yourself to well known brands is not a guarantee that Warners Stellian will stand behind what they sell. We are hoping the vendor will wake up and solve this problem for us without the need to file a consumer fraud lawsuit.
