There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. If there’s anything we can do to help you as you search for your perfect timepiece, please don’t hesitate to contact us. I had an incredible visit to the store last time. We saw so many beautiful watches across many of the top brands. MB&F and Omega really surprised me. As a Rolex buyer I really enjoyed checking out other great brands. Chris Bang was my associate and he did an incredible job showing me so many stunning timepieces all across the store. I will be coming back and hopefully buying a watch with WOS.

My First Grand Seiko
Went in was hoping to look at a Rolex GMT Master II, but Jonathan was quick to help redirect me into something while their main boutique is under renovation. I was still able to get a GMT watch with Grand Seiko and he knocked it out of the park!!! We discussed the dynamics of watch ownership and the brand of Grand Seiko. He again was an amazing ambassador for all of the brands we explored. To the CEO send Mr. Jonathan Reeves to watches and Wonders in Geneva Switzerland 🇨🇭 he is a well rounded watch enthusiast that this opportunity would cultivate development for both his vocation and his passion. 5 stars all the way. Looking forward to working with you again soon.

All Around 5-star Experience
I visited the store in Hudson Yards location. Amanda assisted me and was very welcoming from the start. Working with her has made my first time buying a luxury watch experience an enjoyable and informative one. She was patient and took the time to explore and discuss different options. Looking for my very first "proper"…
Looking for my very first "proper" watch and was greeted with friendly faces and knowledgeable staff. I was offered beverages while looking at different watch options and with much needed expertise found the perfect entry-level watch. It wasn't in store but was quickly delivered from there headquarters and within five days was notified of its deliverance. The watch was everything I wanted, than fitted to me. I very much recommend them. Great staff and service, I didn't feel pushed towards anything that was out of my reach or wasn't "feeling".
I will definitely be back for my next watch!
