There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. A good purchase experience
I placed an online order with WoS for a new watch, and was promptly contacted by a Customer Service Sales Rep. (Joanna) who said she was available to assist as needed. The watch was promptly shipped overnight express. Although it was a beautiful watch, it turned out to be a bit too large and heavy for me. I contacted Joanna, who expedited my returning the watch and placing an order for an alternative watch. Joanna kept me updated on the return and when the new watch, which had to be ordered from the maker, arrived at WoS. She assisted with the refund and payment for the new watch, and notified me as soon as the watch was in stock, which was again promptly shipped overnight express. Overall it was a very good experience throughout the process.

This was my 3rd purchase in as many years from WOS and every single transaction has been smooth. The first purchase was in store at the Cincinnati location where a wonderful sales woman named Robin assisted me. The last two were online because I was not able to get into the store but Robin was kind enough to answer questions about the pieces I was interested in through text. The watches were delivered next day which was awesome because I did not have a long wait for my delivery. 10/10 highly recommend!

It was time (pun really not intended)
I've been debating about a Cartier and you guys made it an easy final decision. I know buying on time is a bit déclassé, however zero interest over a year was a no brainer. I ordered Thursday evening and had the watch on my wrist by noon Saturday. I can't get mail delivered that fast anymore! Nice job.

Max was exceptional!!!!!
My son and I stopped in and we were so lucky to meet Max. He was so wonderful showing us all different watches. Max and my son were so thrilled to see each watch as he took them out of the case.
