Great Customer Service
Angela was really calm and friendly helping with our difficult situation with a meter and the associated readings - she explained how the bill had been processed and called us back with further information quickly. She needed to escalate a couple of issues which we have confidence she will have done.

Extremely efficient & friendly
Angela replied very quickly to my query and gave me some extremely helpful advice in a very pleasant and friendly manner, which I have now acted upon. Anglian Water/Wave have always been a pleasure to deal with and can'r rate them or Angela highly enough

Customer Service
Some years ago, whilst serving my local church as a churchwarden I set up an account with Wave and everything has always run smoothly. When I stopped being Churchwarden all communications still came to me. I contacted Wave with a view to changing the contact details to someone still closely involved in the management of the account. To be honest I expected lots of hoops to be jumped through and based on experience with other utilities, the possibility that it just couldn't be done. What a great experience, the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction in a couple of days and with a full explanation of all the processes now in place.

Spoke to Mitesh 15th, excellent service from him sorted the issue and had a wonderful personality which came through , a great experience.
NB:- Updating my review ! so , after all that Mitesh DID'NT do anything !!! so , I rang and spoke to Shannan - 21 st - I got her to confirm in an E mail that she HAS done it - will await and see,same old it seem's.

situation resolved/ great service
After initial disappointments regarding unresolved issues Fiona from customer services took full responsibility and ownership for the problems that required addressing. She kept us updated and brought about a very satisfactory conclusion.
Fiona is an asset to Wave and has restored our trust and faith in them.
