I have been dealing with Simon Richardson over the last few months with regards to a query. My questions were handled promptly and professionally, and the response was clear, helpful, and tailored to my needs. My call, answered by the excellent Mike, who was efficient, very knowledgeable and addressed all questions brilliantly and offered further advice, which was very useful. Mike was a joy to deal with and I can’t say thank you enough, give the man a pay rise.

I would like to give some very positive…
I would like to give some very positive feedback for Laura Brown, Complex Queries Team Leader.
I had been dealing with extremely high water bills for some time and, despite numerous emails and conversations with Wave, I felt I was getting nowhere.
Once Laura became involved, she immediately took ownership of the issue, contacted Anglian Water, continually chased them for updates and kept me informed throughout. She eventually arranged for Anglian Water to meet me at the property, which resulted in the issue finally being resolved.
I genuinely do not believe this would have been resolved without Laura’s persistence and support. She stayed on top of the matter from start to finish and provided excellent customer service.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to Laura. She is a real credit to Wave.
