Lindsey is an absolute star
Lindsey is an absolute star! After a frustrating experience yesterday where I felt the service wasn't up to standard and was ready to leave Wave, Lindsey completely turned things around today. In just one short phone call, she resolved all of my issues and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Since this is my first commercial water contract, she also took the extra time to explain how the business water market works. Thank you, Lindsey, for your stellar service!

An error on my account occurred which…
An error on my account occurred which accidently cancelled my direct debit. I contacted Wave today and spoke to Becca via the chat to query as why payments wernt leaving my account. Becca went above and beyond in helping me resolve the issue and being able to get everything updated. Becca was polite, courteous and a great asset to wave

HETA Grimsby account set up
The lady that helped we was brilliant, knew exactly what i needed and did it efficiently and politely. She also gave me advice on another possible issue which she didn't need to go out of her way and do. She was brilliant.

The lady on the phone was very helpfull and tried to help but the fact still remains I have a very large bill to pay despite previous 3 bills telling me I was in credit not happy
