Wazookah Avis

Wazookah is a great vendor, waz is responsive and pays attention to his customer.

I was provided great feedback and services on all questions and queries and Waz ensured everything was delivered.

Amazing guy and is active through his social media and communicates with customers via these platforms regualry which I find really good. Service is top and has quality products with solid prices. Have recommended to others and will continue to do so.

I always champion vendors that are enthusiasts themselves and supply products they they believe in, and Waz is definitely in that mould. I've placed a number of orders with Wazookah since they started earlier this year, and the service has been faultless. Waz has also been able to service the UK with coveted products like Vyro, Steamulation, Olla and many more. Waz is continuously on the look out for the next big product to bring to the market, and it's always intriguing to see updates on his social media accounts. The prices are also competitive - you can use the MOSCOTE discount code to save 10% on non-sale items.

What can I say, Mr Waz a genuine guy providing an impeccable service and will tailor all your needs. Absolutely fantastic range of products on offer and providing the best of the best!

If your looking to step up your hookah game contact Wazookah asap.

1st class products, price, delivery and service.

First time I used this website. I was very impressed, I received a call minutes after the order was placed, the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this website to everyone. I purchased a steamulation pro x II bundle, excellent piece of kit. Thank you very much 😊

I had contacted Wazookah on Instagram about a pipe to purchase, he was really accommodating on this purchase, giving me the information I needed on the pipe as well as showing his knowledge and passion for the hobby. He had communicated well and even added on a discount code for my purchase on his own initiative.

This is a new company in a already well established market but I have no doubt that Wazookah will take a strong interest to the smokers in the UK with their passion, strong initiatives, great customer service and ideas that separate them from others.

I can’t wait to see what’s to come.

Love the selection of Hookahs and customer service.

Mr Wazookah hooked us up down in Leeds. Delivery was quick, comms are good, selection on site is good.

My shisha game has stepped up big time and now I even bring my hookah with me when I visit shisha cafes.

I’ve used several Shisha vendors and Wasim from Wazookah has to be one of the friendliest. Customer service was exceptional. I made a pre-order on an item which had an estimated delivery time. Not only did my item come before the original delivery date I was kept up to date with my order via emails and IG messages. He personally let me know when my item had arrived into the warehouse and when he had dispatched it. This is the first time I’ve used Wazookah and it definitely won’t be my last.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but for an up and coming shisha business the service was beyond expectations.
Order was delivered the next day and shisha was packaged nicely. Might be my new go-to when it comes to ordering shisha products in UK. 💪🏽

Amazing price, superfast delivery, great service. Would defo use again!

Ordered a Union Argument off Wazookah, the service was great. Straight after my order was shipped Waz messaged me giving me some advice on the Pipe in terms use and care going that extra mile. Really responsive on social channels as well, add to that my order arrived the next day to boot! Great service all round, plus I got a great price on my order. One happy customer.

Super friendly, polite, professional owner. Understanding and very supportive. Great experience for sure. Super fast delivery via DHL. Great customer service. Really happy. Purchased 2 Union Sleek Comics from him and its been such a easy a process. Also unlike other people, if something is wrong or damaged or not right he doesn’t get angry or rude, again he is super understanding, supportive and deals with the situation in a professional manner! Thank you once again for everything!

Absolutely brilliant service by the wazookah team. Purchased a union sleek hookah from them. Product is great, arrived perfectly safe and intact. The package was extremely well packaged with a combination of bubble wrap and protective packaging. Shipping was prompt and was delivered extremely quick. Waz also reached out before, during and after the sale to ensure everything was good with the product. I will definitely be using their service again to purchase my hookah goods again. Cannot thank waz enough. Thank you for the brilliant service

Bought a shisha pipe from Waz and communicated with him throughout the sale, was picked up the next day for collection and then delivered next day. Service is great, can’t fault it. Packaging was great, safe and secure and everything arrived in one piece. Even threw in some playing cards as a kind gesture. Thank you

I won a giveaway on the evening of Friday the 30th May. Wazookah were quick to get in contact with me to find out which prize I wanted and to get my address details. They even chucked in a freebie for me. The prize was picked up by the courier on the tuesday (monday was a bank holiday) and it was with me on Wednesday. Couldn’t have asked for any quicker. The prize itself is a top notch russian hookah pipe. Smokes like a dream. Thanks wazookah!

Order was placed late on the 04/05 and received first thing 06/05.
1 business day for delivery.

Communication is easy via phone or text unlike many other vendors.

The hookah came in one piece with everything i ordered.

Will order again and have already asked for some extra bits not on the website, and was told it will be sourced for me.

Great customer service from start to finish.

Even post order, great service to make sure my hookah arrived intact.

Fantastic customer service. Due to the volume of the order, Wazookah gave me free next day delivery which was tracked. This allowed me to receive my shisha in a timely manner. Upon receiving the parcel it was very well packaged and I could see that effort was made to keep the box as secure as possible. The products ordered were to my expectation and what was described is exactly what I got. Overall I can't fault the process. High quality genuine products at unbeatable prices, excellent quality service and overall one of the most straightforward stressfree purchases I've ever made. I will continue to give my custom to Wazookah in the near future for sure!
