Web-blinds Customer Service after buy out excellent
Web blinds have been taken over and my blinds were purchased 8 years ago. The blinds still look perfect and I am very happy with them. A small plastic piece broke and the Customer Service representative was the most patient, considerate and helpful person I could have hoped for.
I knew the blinds were out of warranty and the company had been taken over but Andrea was able to identify the part and directed me to the site and item so that I could obtain a replacement.
Very happy with the service.

All round excellent service and product. Ordered 2 blinds which arrived quickly and looked great. Unfortunately, I made a measurement error on one which was covered by a size guarantee (free on my order but usually around £10). Spoke to two customer service reps who were excellent. Answered quickly, very helpful, friendly and sorted my issue. Well recommended.

Terrible delivery service
If I could give zero stars, I would.
The order takes a long time to get dispatched and the delivery is even longer. They use UPS who are notoriously bad for delivering goods on time.
My delivery has been delayed and returned to depot everyday for over week now.
I have lost hope on it arriving any day soon.
Please read other low star reviews, they say the same thing.
Please avoid.

Seems they can send whatever they want and think it's ok and don't have to refund.
Ordered a grey blind, received a white one. Contacted their customer services, which was unhelpful to say the least - also claiming they're exempt from Consumer Contract regulations due to being a made to measure service. So - they can send out whatever they want, in whatever colour, but provided the measurements are correct you're expected to just accept this? I think not. Raised a Section 75 claim via my credit card for incorrect goods.

Great blinds
The blinds arrived before due date they are very good quality they were easy to install and they look very pleasing in my window,I had vision blinds so I can see out and passers by can’t look in it feels much more private especially as I live next to a busy road. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
