We have always bought our blinds at Web…
We have always bought our blinds at Web blinds and have always been delighted with them. Recently we have purchased a large vertical blind, a wooden living room blind and a faux wooden blind for the kitchen, each one competitively priced and well made. The customer services team are also extremely helpful. We would not shop anywhere else for blinds.

Easy to order but poor order tracking
Easy to order but poor order tracking. The website is nice and easy to use and the installation PDFs are clear. The products are also nice quality. However tracking the order was very difficult with little or no updates or communications. I had to continually chase. My order came 4 weeks late, with no explanation as to why there was such a huge delay.

Great service
Great service, the fabric samples arrived very quickly which enabled me to make my choice easier. My blind took a little longer to arrive than stated on the website but that is just a minor blip, you can keep track of its progress on your order confirmation and mine seemed to get delayed by the courier picking it up. When it did arrive though, it was beautiful, extremely well made and with quality fittings. My blind is now up in my kitchen and looks terrific.

Excellent blinds awful delivery service
The experience of selecting and ordering the blinds worked really well - so what stops me giving it 5 stars - delivery, I was out when my blind was delivered, at work as many people would be, but no problem, my front door apparently signed for the parcel and that where it was left, proped against my front door. I have a car port, I have a side door, but proped in full view for any passerby was a better option. This unfortunately becomes part of ordering the blinds and takes excellent down at least a notch or two.
