High Quality Teak Recliner Patio Chair
We searched high and low for an amazing teak recliner and tripped across Westminster Teak. Their ratings convinced us to give them a try for such an important purchase. Their website presented the materials and pictures so we could get an understanding how it would fit. The check out process was easy and fast. The item was so well packed it arrived in great condition without any damage. It also arrived fast. We love it in our new steambath and it's perfect for relaxing with the multiple angles after a long stressful day. We are considering getting a set of these for our outside patio now. They are very high quality.

After learning that the shipment had not been received, we immediately escalated the matter with the carrier and requested a full trace to confirm delivery. While the tracking initially showed the order as delivered, we understand this may not have been accurate.
Steps have been taken to ensure the bench is delivered promptly, including sending a replacement if the carrier cannot confirm delivery. We are committed to resolving this situation quickly and providing all of our customers with the high level of service they expect from Westminster Teak.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, shipping pretty straight forward but quality control was lacking. One of the chairs arrived with a 1 inch split in it which sucked and wasn’t noticed till after we started conditioning the chair. Overall good quality chairs just make sure you inspect the product throughly. If I was in FL I would have returned it however due to yacht movement and shipping duty and customs it became pointless.
