The pieces ordered are well-built and beautiful. After applying teak oil, I know they will last for many, many years to come. The customer service I experienced was fantastic when I was looking for a piece that hadn't arrived with the rest. I was assured it was coming and would be delivered the next day, and it was.

The delivery men arrived on a scorchingly hot day in New York City after an already long work day. Gio and Radamus could not have been more respectful, kind, and uncomplaining while assembling the bench on a hot roof deck. It was definitely a white glove service. The bench is absolutely beautiful.
