This is the best gluten free bread I have ever tasted. I do have my favorites. Most of the bread you would never know was gluten free. I order in bulk and freeze it. I missed toast until I found this brand. An actual size of a real sliced loaf. Thank you 😊

Hi l have shoped here many times. This time however l had a problem with the tiger rolls l got 4 packs the first pack was dry so dry it stook to my teath and gums very unpleasant.. l have tried 4 times to email them and tell them but no reply l also rang at differant times of the day for a few days to tell them but nobody answered the phone. I am very disappointed in them, how are they supose to know what happening if they dont listen. How can we support you with no contact.... like l say very disappointed this time.

Ordered many times, always arrived on time. Great range of products and good value. Very helpful if there are ever any issues. Can only speak from experience and that has been first rate.

Placed an order on 24th February and it has still not been delivered.
Emailed twice, sent facebook message and messaged and phone three times.
No response to any.
Previous order worked and bread is really good. But in this case absolutely no customer service to resolve lack of delivery means I can only give one star.

Ordered on the 8th of December and still haven't received my order, have now sent 4 emails and not one was answered.

Placed an order at end of November selecting despatch date of 16th December as I needed the items, mostly perishable, for this coming weekend. Order was actually despatched on 2nd December.

When I advised them of the error they told me to use what I can and give the rest away, and they would despatch the order properly on the 16th.

On the 17th I started contacting them as I had no confirmation of despatch or tracking details. No responce to email or Facebook messenger but finally at gone 8pm receive a response to my website message saying that my order had left them today.

Spent all of Thursday waiting for a delivery, at 5pm message them to ask where my order was and for a tracking number. Respone at gone 8pm - "will do, apologies"

It is now gone 2pm on Friday. I have no goods and no update or tracking number. I have messaged again asking for an update but no response.

I needed these for tomorrow and there is no way I can get anything similar at such short notice.

Would I recommend buying from them? No, definitely not. The bread and cakes are great but the customer service is absolutely dire and they have no phone number on their website to contact them on.

Had an issue with products due to delayed delivery, sorted promptly and with absolutely no hassle.

I have used this company a number of times, quality is great and all products I have tried are tasty. I can particularly recommend the gf naan bread, bake at home garlic flatbread and the choux buns. Obviously not the cheapest but no gf products are, the bread is no more expensive than the supermarket. My last order was placed at 4:55pm on a Tuesday requesting a next day production and following day delivery and this was achieved. Great service from a small independent company

First order after a recommendation from a family member so I tried a few different breads and sweet treats. No complains, everything has been fresh and delicious, maybe a little pricey but their food is among the nicest I've had for coeliacs!

I placed my order over the weekend, baked on the Monday and delivered by DPD on the Tuesday, don't know what more one could ask for. Well packed with lightest items on top to avoid damage.

All in all I would definitely recommend and will certainly be ordering again!

Received my latest order very quickly. Ordered a mixture of breads, nans, biscuits and cakes. The long rolls were the best I had ever tasted, very soft, more like standard bread and no unpleasant aftertaste. The shortbread, one word, WOW, so buttery and didn’t fall apart. Empire biscuits always a great product. The choux buns, just delicious. Order was dispatched within a few days and it was less than a week from ordering to delivery. Prices are good too, their cobs are cheaper than the local supermarket and far superior

I have only had one order from here and the bread was great, I placed my second order recently and then realised that when it was likely to be delivered I was going to be at work, so over 2 weeks before the order was despatched I emailed them and phoned then (several times and the phone was never answered and no call back) asking them to deliver to my work address. I have had an email this evening saying my order has been despatched, great, but to my home address, bad news. So hence the review- great products but very poor customer service - very disappointed

I have used this bakery for years for my ASD son who is gluten intolerant.
Have tried others but always come back. The bread tastes like normal bread. Their range is far superior to anyone elses

Like other reviewers, reluctantly leaving a negative review in relation to customer service/recent standards. Loved the items over past year however recent order had items which I contacted the bakery stating they weren't up to usual standards. Had a chat on recent collection and discussed differences in items re pictures etc. Appreciate recipes change however there has been a marked change in quality of items this time and, again like previous reviewers, emails/texts don't always receive a response. Feel quite let down and as we are paying a premium for these items not really the best. Apologies for the negative review however other people have experienced the same issues so hopefully you can rectify this for future. Will reluctantly be looking for other providers meantime.

I first ordered from here years ago - I had forgotten about them if I’m honest. My daughter however never had (it’s her that can’t eat gluten) and she actually asked for an order for her 13th birthday - as a gift!
Whilst the delivery process isn’t as easy or quick (it would have been nice to have heard when the order was going to be prepared for example) but the bakery has grown so much I get it is probably outgrown expectations.
Anyway, as for the products I have to say they are still as good and definitely the best gluten free food I’ve had - and my daughter definitely loves that she gets to enjoy cakes, bread and especially doughnuts for her birthday..so despite the small issues with shipping they still get the full 5 stars!

The gluten free doughnuts are so good! Actually fried and super tasty. The bread wasn't for me but honestly the doughnuts make up for absolutely anything else.

Nice items. However they packed the soft bread at the bottom and put the heavier stuff on top. I let that go as it was for a birthday party.

We opened the shortbread only to find it was liberally covered in ... salt.

Contacted the store via email. Got a quick reply which was "nope" second email reply was "yep"

The professionalism let me down on this occasion. No apology no explanation. However I did get a refund.

It felt like some cba teenager was answering the emails. If that's their level of commitment to customers, I'm worried

On the 17th of February i recieved my order but 3 items were missing.

My first email (17/02) didnt recieve a reply so I messaged them over facebook on the 21st. They assured me they would post them soon.

Its now the 9th of March and I have yet to recieve them.

I did message twice for updates. The first was they were waiting on the order coming in which is understandable but I did have to chase it.
The second wasnt responded to until I reached out again. Due to snow in england everything was delayed and I wasnt informed.

I asked for a refund this time.

The food here is amazing i was a returning customer. I think it will be a while before I order again.

I want to rate them higher because their food makes me feel normal, but you cant leave a customer chasing you all the time and have something unresolved for so long leaving me in the dark 😓

Im sorry for leaving a poor review but you have to agree this wasnt handled very well.

Great place to get doughnuts from, gluten free taste like real ones. Have very happy coeliac child at home right now. Will be ordering again soon !!

Amazing gluten free bakery! I have ordered a number of times (5 or 6) and the products are always fantastic. Closest thing i have tasted to real bread since being diagnosed coeliac. Would encourage you to try yourself.
