Our server was millie she was absolutely amazing above & beyond thankyou for making our eve amazing

I booked a wake with food, I met with a manager to discuss the menu and price. I informed him that approximately 50 people were attending. He suggested that he presented food for 35 people, as their portions of sandwiches were very large. On the day ( today) we arrived and at the appropriate time the food was placed out. I was busy with talking to family and friends and didn’t pay much attention. Within literally 5 minutes all the food was gone and 12+ people had not had any food. I asked where the rest was, as it was a very poor show of food. The manager was indifferent to my protestations and offered a bowl of chips. I paid nearly £500 for food which I would have paid £150 for. Poor quality, Tiny portions and 100% not worth anywhere near the price. I was Royally Ripped Off, with no compromise or offers of reimbursement. Terrible customer service. You have been warned!

Eaten here a few times for lunch. Bar staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Food is always way above quality compared to other restaurants in the area. Tikka masala was delicious Thankyou

Went for boxing day meal walked in wasn't taken to our table see they was rushed of their feet. Had to ask for xmas crackers didn't ask us if we wanted drinks had go bar get it ourselves. Starter came an hour after we waited 45 mins later still no meal 2 of us went home hungry, 2 others stayed said was not happy with dinner and left without dessert.

Food was lovely & fresh. Our waitress Vicky couldn’t do enough for us, she went above & beyond amazing service. Thank you Vicky!

Arrived and where told to order at the bar if we want to split the Bill (no mention about the fact that we could just could have ordered the food via the QR code).Asked for the three roast and been told they cannot offer, even though they had all 3 meats. Ordered a pork roast instead with crackling. Order arrived without the crackling . Queried the missing crackling and where advised they had none left. Asked them why this was not advised while ordering and did not get a reply apart from a mumbled apology . The meat was 2 1/2 tiny thin slices and not very good. The veg was not roasted. The stuffing was missing on my friends plate which we had to query. At no point did anyone asked us how the food was or asked if need anything like condiments etc. All around bad service and bad food.

Hadn’t been here for a long time, 40% of mains thought we’d try. Firstly not very welcoming, left waiting . Didn’t realise no table service, ordered at bar. Food served was hot and served up quite nicely. Asked for mint sauce for lamb. Went to kitchen, we don’t have it. Asked for salad cream for salad, just didn’t come back. Knives and forks and glasses not very clean.

An update - A group of us have Thursday lunch here. We have not been for a couple of weeks - but we turned up today.

The staff, namely Vicky, welcomed us, remembered what our drink orders were. They were all friendly. The food was good.
