Great company, great owner. Very down to earth gentleman and incredibly helpful in getting his tasty whisky product to me. I couldn't find prices as competitive as theirs, which is what brought me to this site initially. My return custom, however, is due to how good my experience with dealing with this company was. I will be returning to their website in the near future as soon as I've finished my recently purchased bottle 😋.

Personalised service based on customer needs. Owner on call directly to you with a large selection of whisky and other goods with lower prices other sites can't compete with, I'm glad I found this company.

I found the site and tried to order online, but was having trouble with my address being accepted. I called the contact number as it was the last bottle on the site and I didn't want to miss it, and spoke to the very helpful & knowledgeable Carlos, We were probably chatting for 3/4 hour and this was 9pm. End result, he personally packed my whisky and droppped the parcel into the post office on his way into work next morning so that it would get here before Christmas.
Absolutely top personal service and I would recommend Whisky Situation to anyone.

I bought Glencadam from here and the site is great. They arrived quick in perfect condition and the owner helps people personally which is awesome. I ordered again for Christmas and I keep looking at the site everyday. I'm gonna get in trouble I think

I met the owner of this company and they are awesome. Great prices, better than Whisky exchange and Master of malt too. If you are looking for Whisky give these guys a call and they'll sort you out.

They are fair with prices, provide very good service and are always friendly in communication.
Delivery is also generally quite fast, from the UK to EU usually takes no longer than 3 days.
Finally, they are always available for existing customers if you have a special question or request.

It's rare that I actually want to leave a review but in this case, Whiskysituation is a very happy exception. The word I would use is stellar. Stellar customer service and very competitive pricing. I needed two difficult to source whiskies and added to that, I live on the other side of the globe. Not a problem. Carlos immediately got in touch and stayed in touch, adding a personal note to what was great already. The result is I have whisky for me and whisky as an important gift. They arrived speedily and without any fuss. I am so very happy that I have found this company and I'll be sure to use them again. I suggest you do too...you will not be disappointed.

Yes this site is real. I've used this website many times (more times than I care to admit, because the customer service is unbeatable). Never had any bottle breakage. Super fast shipping, good prices, Great communication - what else could you ask for? If they don't have what you want just ask - they find new, old, and hard to find stuff all the time. Great pricing! Glad I came across this webshop! Although they didn't have every bottle I was looking for, the ones they did have were cheaper than anywhere else I looked! I also like the fact you can buy samples of some unicorn whiskies that I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford.

What can I say, bought a bottle of Bowmore from Whisky Situation and what a fantastic company. Carlos the Director personally answered the phone and we had a great chat, he was professional and personable. I received my bottle the very next day as I needed it for a special occasion. I would highly recommend Whisky situation and Carlos to anyone. It’s really nice to be able to pick up a phone and speak to a human.

Great site - very cheap and arrived super fast

I was looking for a specific whisky as a gift for some very special friends. A Balvenie 19yo Week of Peat.

They had the stock at a very competitive price so I made the purchase on credit card with the site being relatively new.

The owner of he business called me to explain that they no longer had the stock as it had sold that day at a show however he would source another bottle and get it out to me.

I received my bottle yesterday and could not be happier.
