Quick and easy process. I sent my latest hearing test results, answered a few questions and had my aids about a week later. They fit perfectly and the sound quality is a marked improvement on my NHS ones (which is what you would expect, given the cost). Ross was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly, and also kept me informed of progress. I like how they reuse packaging, too.

I am very happy with my purchase. At first, I was unsure whether it is not a scam, because the price is very good compared to the traditional clinics. Almost too good to be true! But then I realized if this was a scam, they would not survive ten years on the competitive market. So I went ahead, and placed the order. And I received exactly the devices that I paid for! I know, because I verified it.

The customer's service was excellent for providing information and necessary document for customs clearance. This is strongly for 5 (FIVE) stars.

However, I give two stars, because I received too weak an M receiver, despite informing them before the purchase that my previous hearing aid (Phonak Paradise 90) had a Power (P) receiver.

I understand that the Target software proposal was suggested based on my audiogram, but this does not take into account individual issues, such as the size of the ear canal. All you had to do was send me a message to make sure and there would be no problem.

If I were less knowledgeable, I would think that the newest Infinio Sphere 90 is even poorer than my 4-year-old Paradise 90!

I was unnecessarily forced to buy a P receiver at my place of residence for £35.

Purchased a pair of Phonax i90 spheres, within 6 working days the aids came securely packaged and fully programmed.

Had a slight problem connecting the aids so I could steam from the phone, but a quick call to Ross it was sorted.
