I was very sceptical about buying from this company, even though the reviews were all positive. I went to my usual provider,and was quoted just over £4000 for my Phonak Sphere hearing aids. I then call wholesale hearing and spoke to Ross. After his reassurance about the company and the service they provided, I jumped straight in. After ordering i got my new hearing aids in 5 days. Since then I had one small problem as I needed more bass through them. I contacted Ross and within a week I got a online Audiologist appointment. Everything was done through the Phonak, which I found amazing, and I now have perfect hearing aids, and a saving of almost £2000. So if you are in any doubt about Wholesale Hearing, just lift the phone and they will go through everything woth you. A special mention has to go to Ross. This guy is so enthusiastic and goes above and beyond to help you. I had not hesitation in going this company 5 stars.

Really good service. I needed a hearing aid to be fixed. It was still under warranty with the manufacturer so Ross and the team sorted it all for me. They even reprogrammed the aid for me, based on my latest audiogram, free of cost. Nice people and great service.

Nothing but excellent service
I have Ménière’s disease and have complicated hearing but I was assured it was nothing that can’t be helped.These hearing aids we’re half the price of the high street shops but for the same product.If I need them reprogrammed then it’s £70 for a private hearing test then send the results and they are reprogrammed for free (theres a lot of £70 in the price difference)

The Phonak Audeo Infinio Spheres I90’s arrived in a couple of days with good communication from Ross throughout. I’ve had an online consult with an audiologist to fine tune them, very easy through the app and would have been no more informative had I been in the same room asthe audiologist. An audiogram was done using the HA’s speakers. Warranty and audiology support for 5 years also better than the high street. All in all very pleased.
