Ive used whickes in alton many times
Using materials woods etc spent a few hundred quid. Nothings a problem I brought 15 sheets of ply back .no problems credited very helpful very easy pain free.
Most companies should take a leaf out of there book. And Erdoğan was very helpful.....brilliant

Had such good service today, about to install a new large deck at home and didn’t know where to start. ERDOGAN in the store took me outside and showed me all the alternative deck timbers and joist wood plus risers and now feel more confident to order and do my new project. All the staff are helpful and pleasant.👍

Just wanted to say that Joe in the design team at Alton has been fantastic. He designed a kitchen, family shower room and an ensuite for us. Initially he came out to measure up and then came up with the initial designs. We spent a couple sessions tweaking them, choosing colours, worktops, appliances etc. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. Wickes had a good range of products for us to choose from and we are delighted with the finished result.

I went to Wickes Alton to purchase 18 onuline bitumen sheets. As you can imagine the total code was expense. That’s when Maz came to the rescue. She was not only very helpful in signing me up to the Wickes Trade Pro App where I saved some money, she was very pleasant and great customer service skills.

Sam was delightful to deal with. He came and measured 2 bathrooms and cloakroom and made recommendations. Once I’d decided on a layout he then created graphics so that I could visualise the result. The designs were excellent and very cost effective. I would not hesitate to recommend Wicks for the quality of the fittings but also Sam for his attention to detail and a great customer experience

We are purchasing a Milton kitchen and Sam the kitchen designer has been very helpful and patient as we deliberate over the best format, style and appliances. Endlessly patient and knowledgable. Would recommend.
