Wickes - Milton Keynes Avis 

Just wanted to say a Big thank you to Nathan at wickes Milton Keynes for all the work he did to ensure I had the best kitchen refit. He patiently guided me through through selecting the best materials for my budget. From ordering in Nov 2021 to completion in February 2022 you ensured that i had everything i needed. The fitting team arrived on time and they were clean tidy and did a great job. My kitchen still looks beautiful and I get great compliments from all my friends and family. We had a kitchen installed by a Wickes approved installer. Firstly we had an electrical problem, now we have a serious plumbing problem. We contacted Wickes and they were not interested. Told us to contact the installer. Installer said I don't work for them anymore and I've closed my business. Went back to Wickes and they still refuse to help us. We paid thousands for a kitchen that may now have to be ripped out.
My advise avoid them, or like us you end up with another massive bill.
So I don't think this Dylan exists. I never received any message. My house insurance doesn't cover their amateur work. I've had a quote £1,200 to put right their faulty workmanship.

Our Bathroom designer Scott Crossman was a pleasure to work with.Scott's vision and creativity brought the design to life in ways we could not have imagined.We communicated throughout and made some changes which was hasslefree.The installer Kevin his attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional. Kevin's dedication and professionalism is of par excellence. The new Bathroom transformed our home. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Excellent service from meeting Nathan our kitchen designer at Wickes, Milton Keynes, through to delivery & quality of the units. We had to make a last minute change to the design due to an unforeseen plumbing issue which our builder spotted. Nathan resolved this with minimal fuss & visited our property when the extension was finished to make sure that measurements were still correct. Highly recommended.

We went into the store as we were looking at getting a new kitchen, we were assisted by two members of staff, Sophie Douglas, Kitchen & Bathroom Advisor and Sarah Powell, Design Consultant. Both were extremely helpful and both had a vast range of knowledge of the products. Sarah came to our house to measure etc and then design a kitchen for us. We love the design she drew up. We have been into the store several times to go through alternative cabinet sizes as our kitchen is a small layout, on each occasion Sarah has come up with some great ideas. Both ladies are a credit to the company. Great range of products and various materials to suit different affordability options.

We used Wickes branch at Milton Keynes for our new kitchen and installation. The designer Nathan Crossman was excellent from start to finish and any queries were dealt with quickly and in a professional manner, we couldn't have asked for more.

We had our downstairs cloakroom refitted - new sink, radiator and toilet. Our design consultant, Nathan Crossman at Wickes in Milton Keynes was brilliant. He explained how it all worked and showed us the products that would fit nicely in the area. We were also given detailed drawings of how the cloakroom would look. Wickes also made sure that the installer they assigned was qualified to do some repairs in the room that we needed to be done. Once work started Stuart would check with me and the installer to make sure everything was going OK.

We were looking for a new kitchen and went to a lot of other stores. But, when we went to Wicks, we met Nathan (Crossman) and it was a great experience from the start. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. When it came to coming over for measurements and design it was such a pleasure having him around. The reason we chose Wicks was down to Nathan and his customer service, not to mention the service from Wicks. The whole process was simple, easy and well communicated. We had a lovely team who came and installed in the kitchen on time with little mess or distraction. Even post kitchen instalment the customer service we got was great. I would highly recommend Wicks and Nathan for sure.

We used Wickes Milton Keynes and Met with Nathan Crossman, he took care of us for first look in store and came out to design and price our kitchen at home, we have been very pleased with his service especially when we had a small problem to resolve for which he came back looked and sorted it so are guy didn’t need to stop, magic !

From the onset, he came to visit to measure up to the design and the ideas he suggested based on his experience were all very good. He listened to what we wanted and produced the design to suit our needs. Can’t fault him at all. Excellent service from wickes customer service with lots of information about delivery and storage of the kitchen. Also replacing any damaged items very quickly with no quibble. Very polite customer oriented service. Thank you for a wonderful service and good quality product. I would strongly recommend Nathan and Wickes kitchens.

I have a really good experience with the Wickes’s kitchen design service. Thank you for the designer-Nathan Crossman keeps following up and supporting our project until all cabinets have been installed. He is very patience about listening to my requirements, and provides a lot of helpful advice. My family is so happy with our new kitchen. All the things looked great!

We had some ideas in mind and Nathan Crossman at the Milton Keynes branch bought it all together with a design and assisted with the choosing of colours and accessories. The installer Joe Cox was amazing. He went all out to get the design to fit the space. The only complaint is that it takes so long for customer services to answer the phone (over half an hour or more of listening to boring music).
I cannot fault the designer or the installer, both were very helpful and friendly.

Sarah did a great job designing our kitchen, listening to our must haves and would loves and incorporating them to give us our dream kitchen. She did a great deal on the price. We have our dream kitchen-the one we’ve always wanted. Thank you Sarah
