Can't replace a kitchen door without buying full units. So if anything happens after purchase you are stuck with the whole lot! They buy from an outside supplier and do not stock the spare parts.

Was served by Deb this morning what a pleasure to have a member of staff so helpful enquired about a trade account at 7am was up and running by 7.05am

I bought a 9litre tub of Wickes shed and fence paint , to say it is not fit for purpose, would be a compliment,
on new wood i had to put four coats of the stuff to get any kind of result, you would do better with a bottle of
cordial. there own brand fence paint is useless, taking peoples money under false pretences , come on wickes
you can do better

Very unhappy customer, booked a home visit for somebody to come out and measure up for new kitchen etc from pontefract store and was let down 25 mins beforehand because “something has come up and I can’t make it” Had taken time off work to fit this in. Will look elsewhere for my new kitchen. Fuming 😤

The Planner made everything

Friendly and helpful, lady at the till was really kind and patient with my children.

We recently purchased a Kitchen from Wickes Pontefract,using our own fitter to install it .The designer came out and did a great job in the planning Due to the inevitable snags due to our old property,we where in contact with them on quite a few occasions.We have to say that the way they handelled our requests was exemplary. Deb was amazing with us yesterday. We shop at wickes Pontefract regularly, we are self employed and Deb helped us activate a trades card.
Each time we go in to store Deb is always smiling always goes out of her way to say hello and have a chat with us.
Yesterday was busy on the tills and Deb had radioed for support on the tills. Unfortunately nobody responded to her instantly, but she calmly and confidently served each person quickly!
