Wickes - Pontefract Avis 

Toni and Brett at pontefract wickes were so help full today. I needed 20 packs of laminate flooring. Not only did they check each and every pack, they put it on my trolley, and then loaded it into my car. I even received a discount due to some of the packaging being torn open. Really helpful and happy to help me. I also have a back problem which they were not aware of and still went the extra mile. Outstanding customer service. Thank you both so much.

Rubbish customer service. 3 behind the till and I was stuck behind someone returning an item. No one else waiting to be served other than me. Other 2 staff were talking and messing with the till, after 5 minutes a customer went to the other till and was served straight away. Won’t be using wickes again!

Normally use the Wakefield branch but due to being in Pontefract I called in there instead. I was served by a lady called Deb and she was so helpful and cheerful with nothing too much trouble for her. It was a pleasure to see someone so happy in their work. Well done Pontefract and well done Deb

Deb was really helpful after our attempts of picking the wrong pink colour paint. She offered to actually take her time and open the tin of paints for us making our decision easy and quick. We really appreciate it thank you so much.

Started with the fantastic music playing had all that I went in for and was assisted by a lovely lady named Debs who helped with matching my wallpaper and paint and didn’t make me feel like I was putting her out even though it was the end of her shift.As a women in a DIY store it was nice not to be overwhelmed when buying for my DIY project and will return for anything I’ve missed.

We come into wikes most times and if ur ever having a bad morning u will walk out happy because debs in the Pontefract store is amazing allways greet u and can guarantee she will put u in a good mood she helps with anything u ask and nothing is too much for her she is a credit to have
