Wickes - Rotherham Avis

Went today for 4 bags of postcrete and due to poor mobility in my hands I needed help carrying them out and putting in the boot. A fabulous young man, Adam was very happy to help and he grabbed the bags and a trolly then wheeled it out to our car. He then put them in the boot so I was very grateful. Adam was very polite, very helpful and definitely a credit to Wickes.
Amy on the checkout was great too. She was smiley, engaging and really wanted to help. We had a brief conversation and she was polite, funny and very helpful too. Another staff member who is definitely a credit to Wickes. Thank you both for making my visit a very pleasant one.
As Arnold once said, 'I'll be back'.....

We have had our kitchen ordered and fitted via Wickes Rotherham branch. Throughout the entire process from start to finish, Jonathan and the team have been utterly professional and attention to details . It could have been a very stressful procedure, and Wickes have helped to make it easy and smooth for us. We can now relax and enjoy our new kitchen many years to come. Amy (wickes Rotherham) went to have some paint mixed for my (autistic) grandsons. We took a hotwheels toy for the colour match. Amy went above and beyond to make picking the colours and watching the whole process of having the paint mixed, fun for the boys. They talked about what she said and did the whole way home. And how we now have magic paint. Please pass on our thanks. She really is a superstar.

Absolutely amazing. I wanted some paint tester pots, Sarah saw me struggling to find what I wanted and she went out of her way to help me pick the paint and even took me to a closed till, opened it and served me rather than queueing. Cant fault her.

Do not use for bathrooms items ordered a bathroom told the delivery would be on the 12th of June by the store only part of the order arrived rest came on different days but still outstanding items call customer care and they did not call me back with a date chased again a week later and told it was the supplier error and told I have to wait for delivery I said I was not happy with the service and basically told it tough.

I am using wickes to design and fit my kitchen. I had a house visit with Steve to design it and went back to wickes a week later to see the design and costing. Steve is a really nice guy explains all the details and helped me change a few things to make it what I want . So far the customer service from Steve has been spot on and would recommend him and wickes to design your kitchen . I can't comment on the fitting as it's not happened yet . Ten out of ten so far .

My design meeting with Steve at the Rotherham branch was nothing short of excellent. I came in with a clear vision, but Steve’s professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail opened my eyes to even better ways to achieve my goals. His thoughtful suggestions and creative approach made the whole experience incredibly positive. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and look forward to working with Steve again soon as I continue to develop my home.

From the moment Steve came to our house he made it so easy. Plans he made were brilliant any little tweaks we required he did no fuss explained and showed us all units doors fitting plus hob oven and extractor we would be having and why these would be best for us .went through payment method too cannot thank him enough part one over cheers Martin & Carol

Shop here often, went in today about a kitchen sink, chap by the kitchens was really helpful

to John Brayshaw, our kitchen designer, at Rotherham Wickes.
John was very professional, and helpful, from start to finish of the project. Very patient with us when we made a change to the original design. Always available for any queries, or advice, and nothing was too much trouble.
We had a couple of issues with one of the installers. John helped us to resolve these quickly, which we really appreciated.
All in all, a less stressful experience than we anticipated.
